Beluga Group says alcohol sales rise by 8.4% in January–September

MOSCOW, Oct 6 (PRIME) -- One of Russia’s leading producers of alcoholic beverages Beluga Group raised alcohol sales by 8.4% on the year to 11.4 million decaliters in January–September, the company said in a statement on Thursday.

Sales of the company’s own brands gained 6.2% to 9.5 million decaliters, while the sales of partnership brands gained 20.2% to 1.96 million decaliters.

The amount of stores of Beluga’s retail chain Winelab exceeded 1,250 in the period, with the sales gaining 55.7% in January–September as compared with the same period of 2021, the company said.
